Fatou ridgird
Fatou Ridgird is a model and visual artist. Their work includes video, sculpture, drawing, painting, writing, and digital art with an emphasis on self-portraiture. Taking heavy inspiration from nature, Fatou’s body of work aims to dive into the beauty of life while stretching to understand it. Through their art, they hope to stimulate contemplation and healing. Fatou has been creating since age 3 and enjoys curating playlists as well as taking photographs.
Currently based in Newark, NJ, Fatou attends SVA, where they study fine arts as a first-generation art student. As a model, Fatou has worked with brands including MSCHF, Nike, Google, and more.
