SORELLE MCGILL
Sorrelle McGill is a Mexican-American artist and DJ based in New York. Sorrelle grew up in Detroit, where they developed a passion for dance and acting from a young age. They then attended the California Institute of the Arts where they specialized in experimental performance art. After moving to Berlin in 2016, they began DJing under the name x3butterfly. Sorrelle has performed in clubs in Mexico, Germany, Denmark, Greece, and the US, and has been featured on Boiler Room and Resident Advisor.
In 2022, Sorrelle collaborated with the brand Official Rebrand on a capsule collection of upcycled, gender fluid garments. As a model, Sorrelle has been featured in editorials and campaigns for i-D Germany, GQ UK, Paper Magazine, and Marc Jacobs, among others.
